5. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Consultations can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the session. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
