We built SwasthaFit because Indian women deserve better than calorie-counting apps

Our dietitians are Indian. Our plans use Indian food. Our WhatsApp number actually gets answered.

Our Story

SwasthaFit was started with one frustration: Indian women were being given diet plans designed for Western bodies, Western food, and Western lifestyles — and wondering why they were not working. Dal was labeled 'too many carbs.' Ghee was banned. Chapati was the enemy. And somehow, avocado toast was the solution for someone in Noida eating on a ₹400 daily food budget.

We built SwasthaFit to fix this. Every plan we create is built around Indian food — the dal, sabzi, roti, chawal, dahi, and chai that Indian families actually eat. We adjust portions, timing, and food combinations. We do not ask you to rebuild your entire kitchen. We are based in Noida and serve clients across India and internationally. Our dietitians understand Indian metabolism, Indian cooking methods, and Indian health conditions like PCOS, thyroid disorders, and type 2 diabetes — because they live and practice here.

We started with WhatsApp because that is where Indian women actually are — not on a fancy app with a 7-day free trial. Our dietitians reply within 2 hours. You can ask anything. We will answer honestly. We are not the cheapest option in the market. But we are the most honest one. And we start at ₹99 because we believe you should see results before you commit to anything bigger.
